And although no one would ever suspect that Dipsy is a hero, he is ever on hand to change into the Elusive Deep Sea Diver and spring into action!
So, whenever an occupational hazard occurs, such as a school of giant ducks crashing into the base...

As the chained Miss Callie rapidly sinks into the sea, she loses consciousness, gasps for air, and awaits a certain doom...
But, luckily, Dipsy heard her last cry for help and quickly jumped out of his boat to become the Deep Sea Diver, once again to the rescue.
With only moments to spare, Deep Sea lifts Miss Callie out of the trecherous sea...
...and brings her safely to dry land.
But, before the long awaited confrontation can take place, the Captain and the crew return and are shocked to see...
As Deep Sea retrieves the boat, he turns back into Dipsy and returns to the base.
