But luckily, there is a hero in those high seas also, assisting the coast guard in the unending task of keeping law and order on the waters of the world!

Cleverly disguised as a mild mannered laborer named Dipsy, the Elusive Deep Sea Diver works on an offshore cargo base!

He keeps a sharp eye on on their valuable cargo and a sharp ear for any other troubles on the sea!

So, whenever there's a cry for help...

...he drops what he's doing...

Makes a quick change...

And goes to the rescue!

The Elusive Deep Sea Diver looks out for everyone on the waters...

But, particularly close to his heart is Miss Callie...

And Callie, like everyone else, has no idea that the timid, easy going Dipsy is, in reality, the Elusive Deep Sea Diver.
